I am a leather handled fan, UNLESS, I see the stag first. I have bought quite a few stag RMK from the shop or dealers. A few of the stag handles have been excellent, but more have been so-so. Jokingly, Peter Kaufman has all the great stag, none left

Leather has some benefits, but stag checks a lot more boxes. I've never heard anyone say, "Now that's some killer leather." In my collection, I have a lot more in stag than leather. Here are two with some "killer stag." GTR
