I already have the Fireman. I love the knife but he doesn't have the specifications of the 15 (that I also have). I find the companion a bit too fighter. But I will think about it. Thanks for the info. Regards

The answer is a firm "NO". If you order a Sgt with a micarta handle and a butt cap, you automatically get a full tang...it's simply reduced to allow the material to "sleeve" over it...but it's "Hey-Now" plenty strong! St
