I guess adjustable. Any pro/cons one way or the other? I suspect fixed, once sighted in, would be the most durable. The Truglo's I saw on the model the gun shop had, couldn't remember if they were fixed or not. also, are there any other after-market options I need to consider on the Gen 4? Holsters?

Pap if you want night sights you might check with Brownells. KimberAmerica.com might even have something to fit your Glock. ElPaso Saddley or K.L. Null Holsters Ltd. are good places to look for a different holster. I am just leaving to go to the range to try out a new FN 45 that I picked up a month ago. It is a double stack and holds 15+1. The handle fits my hand pretty well and I have small hands. Now to see how it shoots.

On the Model 34 there aren't many other things it needs as it has a few extras on it already.

I would go with Adjustable sights, you might want to look at XS Sight Systems sights.

I like Safariland holsters, particularly their ALS series. I have a #6377 for my Glock 19.

Hey Pap,
I have mepros on my Kimbers..trigcon on one of my Sigs..
I have shot some with Truglow and I really like them..When
my others give up the ghost they will be replaced by Truglow.
Did your 34 come with the 3 1/2 lb trigger and adjustable rear
sites? Makes no difference just shoot and enjoy..

No Glock points anything like a 1911, far from it.

My 34 did not come with adjustable sights and the trigger does feel like about 3 1/2 lbs. Here in Pleasanton, Texas, the weather has turned to alot of boomers and rain. Good for the area but not so good for shooting. Maybe this weekend.

Sorry Crutch, but you are wrong...sort of wink . My 21SF points exactly like my 1911. Grip reduction was done and the back strap was set at the same angle.

I ordered my Truglo sights today. Also received my two 33 round mags; loaded for bear now.....small black bears anyway.

If you guys want a better trigger get a Ghost trigger connector for a few dollars. It will help it a lot.

I have never had good luck with the Glock trigger even with the new lighter crisper connector.

I feel that the Glock design is the best pistol design in the world as it needs no lube and can be easily fully disassembled with no tools.
