Very nice.
One question, Isn't it little hard to batoning 5-6 shown because of the shape of the spine of the blade? I would prefer more flat spine on the blade for better battoning.

Rocky I usually boil my chicken whole, that way you can pick all the meat off the bones without losing any. Then it is pretty simple to finish up the rest.

Sidney, that's the way I do it!! I'm just cutting them in half here, then, into the pot.
Got all the meat picked off around 9 last night...will start on the dumplings this afternoon.

Heres my Pathfinder in it's natural habitat.It is a little dirty here but it cleans up right nice.
