kalervo Knife Enthusiast Registered: 09/28/10 Posts: 1077	Here is a kitchen knife I received an order from a celebrity chef here in Sweden. :-) He wanted San mai the knife because he thought it was the best steel. So I made one of damasteel san mai with stabilized birch root. Damasteel is stainless damascus steel and quality. Amazingly the sharpness you get.
