Here is a kitchen knife I received an order from a celebrity chef here in Sweden. :-) He wanted San mai the knife because he thought it was the best steel. So I made one of damasteel san mai with stabilized birch root. Damasteel is stainless damascus steel and quality. Amazingly the sharpness you get. Cut myself twice during the manufacture of this knife and then I just touched the edge.Hope you like
