Thought I'd give one of my favorite knives a little recognition. These knives are just about bomb proof and they come with a bail that could pull a Jeep. This has got to be the coolest knife you can own for around $20.00. smile

I haven't seen one of those in a long time. I had one in Survival School and took it with me to Nam. I lost it over there somewhere. It's probably still doing it's thing.

Check out the government paperwork for this knife alone. Unbelievable!

Thanks, I have several dated 1967, 1969, 1970 and a few later dated ones. I belive they are Mil-K knives and were designed for demolition which makes no sense cause they are all metal.

Great knives... I had several as a kid from the "Army - Navy" store.

I started watching Ebay for an old one.... 1960, the year I was born. I believe they were first issued in 1957.

I've heard 1957 as the first year also.

Brings back memories. In my 20 years in the Army, that was the only knife I carried.
