Dubie,

That is an incredible carving set.

Ours is a Randall set, and everytime we carve a turkey or a brisket - my kids and I always tell my wife of 26 years that it just tastes better when carved with that Randall. I bet your turkeys will also taste better when carved with a knife like that.

Perry, Miles has a set of 5 matched Bob Loveless knives that I wish he would post some pictures of. These are definitely one of a kind.
