Besides what Ken and you have already noted it is also important to note that there ain't a whole lot of room on that front panel for a hone pocket. Greg can advise you best, but I'd be willing to bet that the diagonal keeper strap would have to be eliminated and a "handle" keeper installed. That would mean "no high-ride" as more leather (the belt loop) would have to be behind the knife handle to attach the handle keeper to...just a hunch. I would n't do it. It sounds a bit homely...to me anyway. Let us know and show us pics of the final outcome, one way or another.
