I think cocobola would look very nice on both. I also like really nice ironwood. Some with lots of curly grain.

Here is a shot of two of my favorite things. A Brand new Stanaback Spl.LTD and a fairly new kimber Super Carry Pro .45. (Commander Sized 1911 type)

I am waking this thread up since I think the reintroduced
Sergeant's model would be perfect for this build.
We only need to decide how to configure it.
How about stainless steel, nickel silver single hilt, red white and blue spacers, Ivorite handle in Border Patrol shape and wrist thong.

Let's see some action here smile

Nice gun and knife Guido
I don't think the shop will make a model 24 like that anymore

I will add this. I started to use a Ultra Carry but thought you might like the stag on these. It is time to get on with this project.

Very nice combo there, you should put in the SHAG thread also.

I hadn't thought of stag before for this build, but I like it.

All nice choices..."BUT"...(There's that word again)...I thought we agreed on the Combat Companion?? (Not that I care if we change our mind)...I agree, with 2011 upon us, it's time to "roll" on this build!!!!!!!
Best, Capt. Chris

CC is fine with me. I just used the Mod. 5-6 for the stag to go with the pistol, plus it was in the front of the safe. I also used the sundial for the time frame?
