The WR Case's pictures really don't do this bone justice. I am not saying my scans do...but the bone is much darker & richer in person.

Thanks for these John! You're right -- from the Case pictures I've seen of the chestnut bone Norfolks, I wouldn't be at all interested in getting one. However, these are gorgeous. They've done a really great job on both antique and chestnut bone for these knives. Dang it - now I want both of them.
