Ron Popeil is gonna crap his pants w/he see's this baby.
Is ebony the most stable wood,out of 'em all,for knife handles?
How is the shield pinned on one of these straight knives,as opposed to the construction of a slipjoint.

This knife is absolutely a Chef's dream,Thanks for showing it Kerry,Chef hat's off to you Tony.
