Tony had a side of bacon that needed to be sliced up so he cranked out this 9" ebony beauty. Blade is 3/32" 440v, SS pins and pinned shield.

Great Photos! and Tony, what a cool Kitchen knife. Tony, have you every thought of starting "Tony's Botique"? You could sell kitchen knives and also have a stack of "Purse Wavers" for those folks that need a purse! Sure hope not too many of you Bosehoes takes this toooo seriously!

That ebony really does look great on this knife!

I doubt I would cut an bacon with it, but it sure would cut fish!
