I know you guys probably cried yourself to sleep the other night when I posted that last stag teardrop gents knife. I can't be held responsible for what you do when you see this knife...OK:eek::D

AMAZING Ivory on this knife with checks that really set it off. It's 3 5/8" with stainless bolsters and liners pins, ATS-34 blades and springs. You'll find more images on the Boseknives web site.

I'm a pushover for the extended spring. And that blade config. Beautiful.

Randy and myself were talking about the stag tear drop today. This one will help us forget, and it's a "0" to boot. I really like that swayback pattern with two blades.

An incredible piece of Ivory, for an awesome knife! I must stop dropping by here, I haven't slept in days.
Tony is about to give some individual a very Merry Christmas.

I was the lucky individual. I watched Tony making this knife and didn't have a clue he was making it for me. I stuck it my pocket after a bit of a weepy moment. It's really a perfect knife and begs to be used. Some might be shocked that I am carrying it but that way I can look at it every day.

Kerry, congratulations on a wonderful treasure and you know exactly where it belongs. It's hard to become really good friends with a special knife if you don't keep it with you and use it when the occasion arises. I have a Tony carver which I have whittled a few miles with and always hate to put it down. Tony teases me about "hand in pocket" because I like to keep close contact with my "gardener" he made for me. Your new knife has what I like to call a huge fondle factor with all of the character lines in the ivory. I can't wait to see it!

I'm just glad Kerry has something to fondle in his pocket now instead of playing pocket pool.

Congrats again, Kerry.

Congrats Kerry! It's a beauty.

I'm still looking for the Bose I'll carry and use. It'll probably be a micarta handled knife, I'm kinda rough on my knives!

It's tough to do better than a Bose shadow micarta folder for EDC - regardless of pattern.

I think I would pass on Micarta 10 times for one "Ivory" Trapper any day ... everyday and not hesitate in carrying/using. Just my two cents.

John,

I guess its just preference, but I too would pass on the micarda, if I would have a crack at one like this! Ya think Kerry is getting tired of carrying it yet???
