Here's somethin you don't see everyday, a 4" R. Bose Cattaraugus Slim Trapper w/Swinguard. This is Reese's first one of these with a swinguard. Beautiful brown bone jigged and dyed by Reese. Stamped "0". These images were shot with the knife laying on the Cattaraugus Cut. Co. catalog(reproduction) with the original pattern, 11709G, in view.
If you think about it, making slip joints with swinguards creates another degree of difficulty and creates more of a potential for error. There's nothing easy about making these work right;):thumbup:
