I always thought the dealer could order the custom scales, It looks like I messed something up again

Update - I think I found it, if the rules have not changed. I actually remembered wrong, for some reason I thought that only a dealer could do this, anyone can do it
(No ivory, stag, or white or light color micarta)
Exact dimensions are required for Model #10
3 inch blade----3/8 x 1 x 5----2 pieces per knife
5 & 7 inch------1/4 x 1 x 5----2 pieces per knife
