Point of this thread "should" be to advise as to how the shop handles it. Here's what RMK does: Per Scott: Send it in. If it's a "CHECK MARK" the shop fills it. If it's a "crack", they replace it. You should send it to RMK for them to handle it....(Get it? "Handle it?)
