I read the posts on the Randall FB Page, and as usual, when something doesn't fly right, the customer tends to post the incident on Facebook for sympathy or to "sling mud" on the dealer that originated the deal, in this case, Chris Stanaback.
I was frustrated by all the name calling and the one sided conversation going on the page.
My quandary is I am on restriction by Facebook for clicking on a "See More" button on one of the Reels that appear on my Facebook stream. In doing so, a scammer added 500 pages of junk to my two Facebook pages. One of the disadvantages of Facebook is the Help Center is almost impossible to contact to get relief or "erase" those 500 pages on my own time.
FB came to my rescue to eliminate the 500 pages, but they figured I was mostly to blame, so I have been put on restriction for 1 YEAR, starting in October 2024. I cannot participate or add to a string of comments in someone else's posting.
I regret the incident, but I see it on Facebook time and time again. Folks seem to avoid contacting the source for relief or answers, and instead relieve their frustration by "hanging their dirty laundry" out for friends to see. Even the Randall Shop has been experiencing this.
