I was asked...just yesterday...to "verify" a Stanaback Special, handled in musk ox, that I never made. It even had a "name plate" on the trademark side of the handle. Mitchell & Duke had received a matched pair of Stanaback Specials, handled in musk ox from me. I have "one" in my "STASH" and I know of one more that is in a collector's stash as well.
POINT IS: "FEW OF 'EM"! Caveat Emptor.
