Hi Everyone,

New to the forum but not new to collecting custom and non custom multi blade folders. I am wondering how one would go about ordering a lockback whittler from Tony Bose (like the one featured at the top of this page). I understand that this might be a somewhat difficult process (as I do not even know if he is currently taking orders) but I would like to get my hands on one or at least be placed on a list by the maker. If someone can let me know Tony's contact info, I would appreciate it. I would even appreciate a point in the direction if you know where I can get one in the secondary market.

You can email me at clbma@optonline.net

Thanks,

James

Hi James,
LockBack Whittlers may be one of the rarest of all Bose Knives. Tony has only made 5 as far as I know. He has a 5 year waiting period on any knife and he says he really doesn’t want to make many more. They are harder to make than a 5 blade Sowbelly. And as far as I know Reese has not made any. The best thing to do would be call him and get your answer straight from the old dogs mouth. Here is his phone number 812/397-5114.
Hope this helps.
