I believe the one on the "left" to be a,seldom seen these days, piece of white "lineal" micarta. It was used by the shop for a brief period of time in the 1990's-early 2000's.
Joe has the knife...but that's what it appears to be...to me...anyway.

PS: Although I need to do some "STASH-DIVING" to find this one and take better pics, here's an example of white, lineal micarta on a #10-3", straight point...in a period-correct oxblood pouch sheath.
