Did a search and this from Perry Miller came up-

Too good of a thread to let die...I'll start again with a question.

The shop used Delrin as a handle material for a short period of time. In those years they referred to it as Ivorite. It was not the imitation ivory that was marked. So let me hear your thoughts on the subject.
