Welcome to our group. One of the rules of a build, is one must participate in the build options voting to be eligible to submit numbers for the lottery. In this one, by paying for numbers, the winner gets the prize for free. Most of the other builds cost nothing for the numbers but the winner must pay catalog price. There will be other builds in the future. Captain Chris will confirm or deny.
