Anyone growing hollyhocks? One of my favorite plant/flowers but it takes 2 years to bloom. I had about 10 nice 1 year plants last year, trimmed them down per instructions to 3" above ground, and the elk ate them down to the ground. No sign of them this year, so assume they are history.
