Capt,
Looks like I won't be going to BLADE this year, first time in 19 years.
In Sept, when I got the show dates,I called the hotel for a reservation and was told they were booked solid. I never had that problem before.

The Braves are playing in Miami at that time, so it isn't because of that. All the hotels are booked in that area during the home stands.
I usually stay at a different hotel about a mile away and drive in daily.

Since Rick took me for $575 and all dealers are independent of Randall, I would suggest to all to never pay full price. Rick keep telling me the delay was the shop was behind schedule. Not saying it would happen with other dealers, but if something happens to your dealer your out of luck. I appreciate the offer, but I'm a little short on cash right now.

Randall should take action NOW and SUE this guy!

There are companies who pay a lot of money for commercials to get a good image. It seems that Randall doesn't care about that and don't want to spent a dollar to resolve this mess. They should help there loyal customers. This is BAD PUBLICITY for Randall and their dealers. It,s insane that a dealer is more helpful then Randall.

This Rick Ward guy still has his Randall dealer site in the air. Perhaps he still takes email orders from people? Randall should make him take that site down and if they can't contact him, try everything in there power to find him. Randall got enough dollars to sue him and take whatever action is necessary.

I know some people will call me negative, but I find it amazing that Randall is handling this the way they are. To be honest I am disappointed.
