The two shown look like Wharncliffe Blades with a non-swayback handle shape. If you are flexible about the handle shape, there might be a locking Wharncliffe carving knife someone has made.
Maybe look for an Owen Wood Linerlock made after 1999. He started in South Africa and moved to Golden, CO in 1999 to work at Spyderco. So I would assume anything post 1999 would be USA made.
