That's my first look at a BA Texan, a bit shorter than a Snakeslayer. Looks like the same frame, slightly shorter barrel.
One thing that hasn't been addressed is how you carry additional rounds? These derringers don't reload quickly so the first 2 better count. Yes I've seen the You Tube videos, not the average person.
In my case I would only carry.410PD rounds, and have in the 5th pocket of my jeans.
There's no speedloader, magazine, or other device to quickly reload this gun. Being right handed I'm rethinking this, you should do the same.
