Pap's favorite steak marinade. Once you try this, you won't want to use anything else.

1 Cup Brown sugar
1 Cup Worchester sauce
1 Cup Soy sauce
1 Cup red wine
2 Tablespoons Rooster brand chili-garlic sauce

Marinade amount for 4 steaks, divide into 2 ziplocks and let them stay at room temp for 2 hours. Turn bag over ever 1/2 hour. Add more or less chili garlic sauce depending on how much heat you want. Grill on a hot BBQ to your desired doneness. Try this once and you will make it over and over.
