It is amazing the utility that can be gained by the smaller blades of a multiblade knife. My favorite is the coping blade on a whittler. I use it for tasks such as: fine cutting of photo paper, opening letters, boxes, trimming nails and many other tasks. I think one of the most useful pieces that I have is a Reese Rogers whittler that is 3" closed. Small but smooth and filled with great utility..
