Tony, you will need to jump in and give some more info about these. I don't know the length of them at the moment but guess they are between 6" and 7" long, made of ATS-34, and have very nice ivory handles.

I just hope the sides of that fork aren't sharpened or it would get you when you pull it out of your mouth!
