Capt, howzabout since it's established that the handle material will be wood, you pick out 3 or 4 stash pieces to "add" to the list of shop supplied woods, then have a vote? You could list the additional expense too, for each piece.
One more idea, for everyone to consider, can we "vote" on a special sheath from Sullivans? A custom sheath may only add $150 more. Stikman provided a high ride sheath for my pecan companion in Musk Ox, I haven't seen them floating around everywhere. If I'm outta line, just slap me with the flat side of a 12-9 ...
