The "Saw Teeth" option also comes with a different blade profile, generally closer to a "spear point". If you want that blade profile without the actual teeth, you order "ST/NST" -- "saw teeth without the saw teeth". _________________________ Rob

It would be replaced with a Combat Companion blade. Neither is available on the 4 inch Model #5. I think, if we wind up with a 6, 7 or 8" knife, the sawteeth / no sawteeth blade style may come into play. Best, Capt.
