I guess it's a folder?
So i got this Benchmade Infidel at Gun show
If it really is
and my question is is it legal to carry in the Sunshine State
Liquid Sunshine Now
Reading online law
its legal to possess
maybe legal to carry with a CCP
can carry open but bradishing them is frowned upon
I guess an interpretation is needed
Tks

Excellent knife, beautiful!

Quote:
Blade Length: 3.91" (9.93cm)

In most places, it is forbidden, at me also frown

But in your state - I unfortunately do not know.

Ok, Thanx to Tony Marifone of Microtech Knives, as long as the blade does not reach across the Palm of your hand (which is just under 4") automatic knives ARE legal in the state of Florida, (with CWP)...now with that being said, it is still the officer's descretion to seize the knife (it would cost $250+ in small claims court to get them back) so we're still not supposed to brandish and flaunt them in public.
