What knife? some of the dealer special will offer a bigger choice!
One of the choices you need to make is which end will be the butt & if the wood looks good enough to not have a butt cap or plate.
The squared single finger grip is nice.
Finger grips will only show the grain on the side that the grips are on.
Also a bigger knife equal a bigger handle more of your wood.
Whatever knife you decide on double check the handle size & cut it yourself to ensure the best grain is left on it.
When you have decided mark the block to get the orientation you like also so that when it's in the sheath the side with the best figure is showing.
