I called the day of the fall sale only to find out the next day that the phone lines were out. I called two days later and some knives were still available. Some nice finds on the first day, don't give up. Michael was very nice and he took the time to get me what I wanted.
I remember two years ago I called and Jason picked up on my second try. He asked how long I was calling. I laughed and told him about 2 minutes. It's all good and a phone dialing marathon if you can't be there.
