Two #10's.......a5" & a 7" have lived in my kitchen along with an old Rudy Ruana 7" filet knife for years now. The Ruana blade is much thinner so more flexible & all thin slice anything I want. My wife has even gotten used to my slipping two in my saltwater tackle box the 1-2 times per year that I hit N. Carolina's Outer Banks....
