I have no doubt the quality is there, but it lacks a point!

In my opinion a man needs no more than three knives in his kitchen, a chefs knife, a pairing knife and a bread saw.

Obviously I'm no real chef, just a knife guy who needs to eat once in a while, I'm sure the pro's needs a few more than that.
