Careful with reviews like this--the Busse mafia will put a hitman out for you when you're questioning the almighty INFI smile

I used to carry a Steel Heart then realized even though it's 4 years old and used, someone would still pay more than I paid for it. I couldn't get rid of that thing fast enough at that point.

I too use all of my Randalls and wouldn't ever think of keeping one of them in the safe so I'm glad to see someone actually out in the woods with one.

I was hoping this question would find an answer by now as I am curious myself. I would ask Captain Chris Stanaback as he probably has more experience using the different models of Randall knives as a sportsman than anybody else. Plus, his fund of knowelge on Randall Made Knves is amazing.

Really it should be fine if you use a single finger gaurd. It's basically a model 5 so don't see why it wouldn't the more I think about it.

Great post. I use Randalls and I collect Randalls. Sometimes we loose track of the use Randalls part of the equation.

I have not used any of the larger Randall Bowies "in the fields"...Never had a need to.
Sorry, Capt. Chris
PS: I have used a large Sasquatch...Great!
