Several months back, we got the order to rehandle a Model 1 with the same ivory materials found on General Westmoreland's Randall that he carried during the Vietnam War. Though the spacer theme is not made to match, it's easy to see how this knife catches not only the essence of the original while paying tribute to all who served in this war. We love projects like this, and have an awesome number of Randalls still to come.

Keep sending them our way boys!

Hey, Jim and James, that bottom picture shows MY knife. I bought it over 50 years ago, before my first Vietnam tour. It cost around $40, if I remember right. Still have it, and the ivory is still flawless!

Great looking knife! It is neat when a historical context drives the project. I especially like the shaping of the hilt. Job well done.

Have a good day,

Jay

Jay- I punched the spacers on your Randall a bit ago and just got a glimpse of James grinding it...

I'm off to Seattle tomorrow for a Father's Day Mariners game with my dad, but come Monday you're gonna lose your marbles over this next one!
