Max,

Pins and sheaths occasionally come up on eBay. There are none listed currently. As for the compass, this is the one you're looking for, but it has been long discontinued.

DIAMETER 13.90 MM; THICKNESS 6.87 MM; OIL FILLED

Here are some close alternatives:

Good luck, max. Personally, I love the Buckmaster - one of the better looking survival knives of the 80s. Post a pic if you get a chance.

Very nice, max. Let's bring one of those photos out from hiding. smile

Not sure if you are familiar with Buck's spa treatment, but they could bring your Buckmaster back to new condition for about $6.95.

max,

Regarding the compass, don't forget, if you want to go 100% accurate, you can always go with a Silva Type 12 compass and the outside nylon sheath pouch, which Buck went to after continuous problems with the button compass in the buttcap. It will probably be next to impossible to find the original button compass, but the Silva compass and the nylon pouch occasionally pops up on eBay. Does your Buckmaster have a compass in the buttcap that needs replacing or did you just want to add one? If it doesn't have a compass, then your knife came with the Silva compass originally.
