Very cool set David - I like the simplicity of the all black spacers and ivory micarta. Did the pair come in black or brown sheaths? Thanks for the picture.

Take care,

Jay

Nice knives Rich. I like the saw teeth grind on the model #1 best, very sexy. Much better than the spear point look in my opinion.

Jay,

These beauties came with standard brown sheaths - I didn't think about asking for black sheaths, but now I wish I had. Good suggestion!
Ironically, I had to choose between the all black spacers and the standard R-W-B spacers on the other set. That's right, there was another set just like these in the case (and a few more of other models!) I was like a kid in a candy store!
Thanks for the compliment. I had never handled a #11 before seeing this one on display. I immediately knew I had to have it.
Although I'm not a hunter, it seems a functional blade size and shape. An attractive complement to my modest accumulation of Randalls.
The #5-6" is no slouch either. My first Randall is a #5-6" carbon with stacked leather handle. Consequently, I have a long-standing fondness for the model #5.

David

Here are a couple ivorite Randalls I have. The Model 2 I got from Randall in 2012 and the TC I bought from a dealer in 2013.

Classic-love the brass collars ironwood combo; never thought of that one.

Good looking knives and great photography.

I too like the looks of the smooth collars, although I don't own one.
