Hey thanks Gary! I appreciate the encouragement. I used the method you explained to me to wet form the sheath and I was happy with the way it turned out. I made my forming tool out of plexiglas.

One thing I have been struggling with is getting that great color of your sheaths. I used Fiebings British Tan on this one and Light Tan ends up looking somewhat orange.
