A little something different from Wilfred Works. Tony made this for me several years ago. This will split ribs & Chicken breasts slicker n S---. Real handy tool to have in the kitchen and this gets used a lot.

I would like to have a full set~!!! Thats one thing I like in the kitchen is a good set of blades!! Nice one John!!

Here is another kitchen piece. This utility ulu design comes from the Inupiat Indians of North Western Alaska. If I am not mistaken they use this tool for just about everything. It would be interesting to see them use something like this.

Hey John..That looks like the blade that a Baker uses. I can see many ways that could be used.

Bring on the celery, carrots, onions, garlic. Oh yeh, some lettuce too.
