Just finished watching the end of the Indiana - Miami game as I sit here in my motel room editing these few photos taken yesterday and today here at Blade Show 2013.

Still have dozens more to edit, but will wait until I get home. Pete Kaufman & Mitch will likely add their "take" to this brief offering by this "tired puppy".

Anyone else in our merry band in attendance is welcome to add show photos to this thread.

Just got home from a great trip w/ my son! Met many of the team and put faces with names. Too tired to dump out the booty, however we made it home on credit cards and swore to secrecy. What happens at The Blade Show Stays at the Blade Show...... As learned from the Miss. Boy's! Overwhelming and Awesome! The passion and comraderie in the RKCC meeting is like nothing I have ever witnessed!
Travel safe and God Bless!

I don't have any photos to contribtute, but I would like to say how much I enjoyed my first Blade show and my first face-to-face meeting with many of the RKCC members here. It was a wonderful experience!
Some of the folks I met and talked with were Mitchell Harrison, Buck Buchanan, David Loomis, Art Green, Wayne Buxton, Scott Maynard, Jimmy Bedgood, Billy Poyner and (of course) Capt. Chris. Thanks to you all for sharing your knowledge and experience with a relative newcomer.
I had a great time and I'll see you next year!

We got home last night, after a GREAT Blade Show. My pictures are not of Buck's quality, but you will "get the picture."

I met some forumites that I had not had the pleasure of meeting before and renewed friendships with old friends. I can not say enough about the enthusiasm of the RKCC members, the wealth of knowledge that is shared and the ability to see and handle new, old and unique RMK. Where else can you talk to 4 or 5 or 6 dealers who specialize in what you want. OR bent the ear of THE shop foreman, one on one. Pretty unique, IMO and this was my 8 or 9th Blade Show.

A few pics:
I will call the first one Grrrrrrr
Second picture: Billy Poyner, Buck Buchanan and myself.
Third: Model 5-7, brass hilt. The knife is a late 1940's knife.
Fourth:Model 5-8, nsh hilt. The knife is a late 1940's to early 1950's knife.
Now the search starts for sheaths for the two Model 5's.

It was great to see everyone....... as usual, I didn't take any pictures. I always plan to do so.... maybe next year.

This year was a slow buying year....I have two new ones to photograph..... and a line on one more.

But, that's not what Blade is about. It was so good to see old friends and make new friends..... there were many steaks, burgers, pasta, Thai food, beer and whiskies that died for the cause.

Cheers to everyone!
