Thanks Tony and Tom. Your earlier comment led to my posting these keepers, Tony. Reminded me that my Grandpa's band was a twist-o-flex,although the silver didn't match the gold, but even that brings a smile as that was just like that practical, don't waste anything, WWI vet. At age 27 he spent the final year of the war on the trigger of the water cooled .30 cal. Browning. And Tom , God only knows how many apples that CASE peeled for this little boy......AFTER I held the back legs on the squirrels for the first cut to skinning a pile of 'em to be fried for breakfast or with gravy & dumplings.
The newer is the Randall making memories of great knives, new friends, kindnesses and quality. AND, just one more, both for an anniversary, from a woman who is too good for words and continues to tolerate me.
