Tony,

I have three Speedies, a modern version, a 105-003-65 and a 105-012-66 (the model that Buzz Aldrin wore on the Moon). Here are the two vintage Speedies with a now departed Model 15.

You can always tell the 1965 version, which flew on Gemini 4, because it lacked crown guards and the word "Professional" on the dial. (See below.) Omega added these features in 1966 after it saw a photo of White on the cover of "LIFE" magazine wearing a Speedy during his spacewalk.

Buzz wore a 1966 105-012 on the Moon in July 1969. It was the same watch that he wore on Gemini 12. We had a long talk about it one day.

Did somebody say WIS? I resemble that remark!
