Isn't "A) Complete Carving set (knife, fork & steel)" and "D) Large filet and matching fork & steel" the same thing?

Also, is it possible to do a combination of B) and C), call it E), to have a pair like you posted on the first page?

ETA: I just cut some meatloaf for a sandwich, and realized the slicing knife I used has a handle shape just like the one you posted above on this page. Guess what handle type I'm going to vote for now.
