What options are available for the Model 6?

Isn't the Carving Set always one way?

I am interested in a 6-9 with a double hilt in brass and ironwood for the magnificient handle.

Options are fairly intense. Too many to list. Prior to Randall's new catalog offering, I would have "Large Filet" knives made up on a regular basis, including double hilts. Below are a matched "Pair" I made about 3 years ago.
