Drshame Knife Enthusiast Registered: 09/11/10 Posts: 151 Loc: Miami	What Randalls would you get for a Kitchen Chef Set? I'd go with a full set of Micarta-Handled Model 10's in 3, 5 and 7 inches. Then there's "Keep them in their Sheaths" or "Put in a Nice Knife Block"? Add a Model 6 and a Stag-Handled Carving set? Isn't there a new "Chef Knife" Santuko-Style Blade? How about a Model 28 for heavier Kitchen Chores?
