I asked this exact question quite a few years ago to "GTR" and his answer was basically: "You've got to stop somewhere". That's as far as it went...and probably as far as it "will" go. I know from personal ordering experience that abbreviations for blue and black have been mixed up (or probably mis-typed) and the wrong spacers got put on a knife. At any rate: With one bad news comes a good news. The aluminum and brass spacer options more than offset the missing "all" colors and really dress up a knife, in my opinion and the opinion of hundreds of customers I have taken such orders for.
