I know I've hit on this before, however cannot find the post....anyway was at Costco....well, always seem to be at Costco....anyway I'm back to "blade tenderizing"...I believe someone posted "old news" well, just to keep folks up to date, they are still at it, even on their Prime meat....if you have to "blade Tenderize" prime beef....what the heck!! then they tell you to cook it to 145....better that the old recommendation of 160....yeah, I'm going to by a prime rib eye, and cook it to 145.....NOT ON POUPOSE!!! COCKTAILS HAVE FORCED ME TO DO IT A FEW TIMES....
